Terms of service.
Last updated: May 29, 2025
By purchasing services from LINK // CO, you agree to the following straightforward terms designed to keep your project simple and stress-free:
1. No Refunds or Cancellations
All purchases are final. This ensures we dedicate our full resources to your success from day one - no half measures.
2. Flexible Reschedule
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice. Missed or late reschedules require a $150 fee to cover reserved time.
3. Required Intake & Materials
Projects begin immediately after intake forms and necessary assets are submitted. The faster you send them, the faster we deliver.
4. Additional Costs
If custom elements like stock images, video, or plugins are needed, they'll be purchased using your provided payment method - no markups or surprises.
5. Account Access
You may be required to share platform logins. grow@linkand.co may be added to platforms as needed to complete your project.
6. Add-On Services
All add-ons (e.g., extra consults, post-project updates) are non-refundable and purchased separately - you always know what you're investing in.
7. Final Delivery & File Retention
You will receive all deliverables in a ready-to-use format.
Files will be deleted after 30 days. Please download everything promptly.
The project is considered final upon delivery. Any new updates require a new booking.
8. Post-Delivery Support
All feedback must be submitted at handoff. We do not offer ongoing support or fixes unless additional time is purchased.
9. Payment Issues
LINK // CO doesn't mediate payment disputes. All issues are handled directly with your bank or card provider for maximum security.
10. Scope of Work
Deliverables match the agreed scope exactly. Out-of-scope work requires a new quote or add-on - no confusion, no scope creep.
11. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use all deliverables. LINK // CO retains rights to showcase work in our portfolio.
12. Third-Party Licenses
All third-party assets are properly licensed. You're responsible for any usage beyond the original license terms.
13. Accessibility
Deliverables are not guaranteed to meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) unless specified in writing.
14. Limitation of Liability
LINK // CO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Terms governed by Florida law. Any disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida - faster and more cost-effective than court. Both parties waive jury trial rights.
16. Force Majeure
LINK // CO isn't responsible for delays from uncontrollable events (illness, outages, natural disasters). We'll always communicate openly when these occur.
Why These Terms Work Better: We've eliminated the confusion and complications other agencies create. Just straightforward terms that protect both of us while keeping your project moving forward.
